Nuclear Launch Detected...

There is one North Korean Restaurant in Hochiminh city...
Last saturday, i visited there for the first time..The food was really nice, but we can't talk with any North korean outside the restaurant...
We are same Korean..but we even can't talk each other...I don't understand that...
